Returns & Refunds

IF when you receive your parcel it is opened or damaged you must sign the invoice as such and ensure you put "ITEM NOT CHECKED" If you do not do this then we assume you received the item in perfect condition Returns.

We will accept returns for faulty goods only.

Please phone the shop first to discuss the return and the nature of the fault. All our packages are sent out with insurance incase of any damage during transit.
