The Korum Barbel Fishing Rods has been customised to suit the needs of the modern big-fish river angler. These fishing rods are perfect for chasing big barbel from small rivers where you are fishing under your rod tip, to large powerful fast flowing rivers where you are casting heavy feeders at distance. This barbel rod has been made from a high modulus carbon fibre rod blank which gives the rod incredible power towards the butt of the rod, which allows you to cast large feeders and play large specimen fish with ease. Yet there is enough sensitivity in the tip section to see small bites and prevent hook pulls at the net when you are about to net your prized catch. This Korum barbel rod utilises tough SIC lined rod guides, which allows your fishing line flow through the rod rings with ease on the cast and allows you to use either monofilament or braided fishing line. This barbel rod also features anti-frap guides that give you full confidence when casting that your line will not tangle.
For easy transport, these Korum barbel rods packs down into two equal pieces which allows you to easily store it into a fishing rod sleeve or ready rod bag. For optimum bite detection the ends of the quiver tips have been painted in white so you can see even the smallest of bites in low light conditions. Finished off with slim cork handles, the Korum Barbel Fishing Rods are the ideal tool for the specimen angler looking to catch barbel.
